I really felt a warm glow move through me from head to toe during the session. I had a lot of thoughts that needed to move along and there was this feeling of calm once you finished. More intense energy around the crown chakra and root chakra. These are areas that have been an issues for me in recent months!
Afterwards I went to bed and had the best sleep in a very long time.

I have had minimal experience with energy work, and with Sharlene’s treatment I felt very relaxed, and comfortable with her. I felt very strong waves of energy when she placed her hands on my right knee, when she held her hands over my eyes and on my head, directly after she removed her hands from my head I felt and intense wave of energy. While I was lying on my stomach I felt close to tears, and I rarely cry, so even feeling close to tears is a big thing for me. She reiterated my need to ground myself which I have been told by many lightworkers to try. I’ve been listening to chakra opening Tibetan singing bowls at night trying to keep her hard work from becoming unbalanced again. I will definitely be having more sessions with her in the future.

Once the session was completed and Sharlene explained what she felt, I was absolutely blown away at her insight. It was BANG on. It has only been half a day, but I can honestly say that the weight on my chest has lightened up and I feel as though my brain is starting to understand what I need to do to ground myself. Â I am so thankful that I was able to have this experience. Sharlene made a very large impact in such a positive way for my mental health. I am definitely on the right track to understanding what my body needs in order to heal. This is definitely not my last session with Sharlene. It was amazing!!!
